A weighty steel staircase, deep foundations and a cantilevered spa pool were just three feats requiring major engineering for this home

​​​​​​​The home is arranged to provide maximum privacy from the rear and side neighbours. A weir on the pool creates an infinity edge for the home’s occupants – with the pool looking like it merges with the harbour waters. Choosing the pool tile in the same colour as the harbour enhances the effect.
